“Father. Founder. Product nerd. Building technology that strengthens family connection, not replaces it.”
For 10+ years, I built products around the world. The usual story: exciting companies, ambitious targets, late nights, early mornings, weekends in the office, endless Zoom calls.
Then one day I realised I was getting very good at helping other businesses grow while missing how fast my own daughters were growing. So I did something that looked completely irrational on LinkedIn. -> I took a career break.
During that break, bedtime stories became a daily ritual. What started as a way to spend more time with my kids somehow turned into a startup used and loved by families. That’s how Snowball was born.
Today I’m obsessed with a simple question: can technology strengthen family relationships instead of competing with them? I’m particularly interested in the role AI can play in parenting. Not as a replacement for parents. Not as a digital babysitter. As a tool that helps families create more meaningful moments together.
My background is product leadership, but my real superpower is emotional UX.
Anyone can build an app these days. That’s the easy part. Building something that feels warm, trusted and genuinely human? That’s where things get interesting.
I love talking about parenting, AI, startup life, emotional product design, consumer apps, and why screen-free time doesn’t automatically equal parent-child connection. Also happy to discuss why the best product decisions often happen somewhere between a customer interview and a 7pm bedtime routine.
Father. Founder. Product nerd.
Still making up stories. Just at a slightly larger scale now.
