I am a redemptive entrepreneur with a career that began when I founded a web and graphics design firm. Over time, I shifted into creating more meaningful client experiences during my time at IBM, and now I’m focused on acquiring one business as part of my journey.
As the CEO and Founder of Tree and Leaf Partners, my mission is to empower small businesses to not only thrive but remain aligned with their founders' values. I am particularly looking for an owner who cares deeply about their business, its employees, suppliers, customers, and the community where it operates.
With deep expertise in customer experience strategy, growth, and culture building, I emphasize building long-term success for every organization I lead. My educational background includes an MBA from Kellogg, an MA in Applied Theology, and a BEng in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering.
I also prioritize servant leadership and incorporating faith into my business practices. I am passionate about authentic leadership development, culture design, and, of course, baking (I’m British after all). I live in Dallas, TX with my wife, Jenna.
