I started my career in brand management. I earned my doctoral degree (marketing) from Harvard Business School. My dissertation research focused on WHY CONSUMERS TALK. And yes, I'm still obsessed with understanding why you said whatever you just said!

A few years ago I founded TALK ABOUT TALK, a communication-skills focused learning platform where people can access the podcast, newsletters, one-on-one coaching, workshops, etc.
