Anastasia Kaesbach

Anastasia Kaesbach is an author, speaker, artist, content creator, entrepreneur, and founder of the Prana Yami Field.

For more than two decades, she has explored consciousness, inner guidance, human potential, conscious creation, and the nature of reality through direct lived experience. Her work is rooted not only in ideas, but in a life shaped by following her inner voice — through profound personal transformation, entrepreneurship, creativity, loss, radical life changes, and extraordinary experiences that challenged her understanding of what is possible.

Before dedicating her work to consciousness, Anastasia built seven companies together with her husband and established herself as an international fashion designer. Her work took her internationally, including presentations in New York and Cannes.

During this period, Anastasia also gained extensive television and media experience. She appeared on German RTL II prime-time television in a nationally broadcast production reaching a million-plus audience and was featured by international fashion television, including Planet Fashion TV in connection with her couture presentation during the Cannes Film Festival. What began with overcoming a deep fear of being on camera became something she genuinely loved.

Today, her creative body of work includes six books published in English and German, 36 online courses, more than 350 guided meditations, multiple podcast series, an international YouTube channel, and visual art.

She is also the host of Beyond the Known — Conversations with Anastasia, where she meets people with extraordinary experiences and explores consciousness, inner guidance, human potential, transformation, and the nature of reality.

Her newest book, I AM THE QUANTUM FIELD: Living from Wholeness in a Reality of Infinite Possibility, explores the relationship between the witness, the player, and the field — and what becomes possible when we stop searching for wholeness and recognize that nothing is missing.
