“Emergency nurse and health tech founder transforming frontline experiences into evidence that changes healthcare. An advocate for healthcare”
I'm an emergency room nurse, educator, healthcare technology founder, and national advocate working at the intersection of frontline healthcare, innovation, and policy.
After years of witnessing workplace violence, unsafe staffing, burnout, and systemic failures firsthand, I founded Safe Staff—a healthcare workforce intelligence platform that empowers clinicians to securely document workplace safety concerns while transforming de-identified experiences into actionable data. My mission is to help healthcare move beyond anecdotal stories and toward evidence that drives meaningful change.
In addition to my clinical work, I create educational content for a large healthcare audience, speak on workforce safety, healthcare innovation, and leadership, and collaborate with organizations focused on improving the future of healthcare. I've been recognized as an ENA 20 Under 40 Emerging Professional and participate in the CMS Health Tech Ecosystem, where I contribute to conversations about the future of digital health.
As a podcast guest, I bring real stories from the front lines, practical insight into building a health tech startup without outside funding, and thoughtful conversations about healthcare policy, entrepreneurship, social media, clinician burnout, workplace violence, AI, and the future of the healthcare workforce. Whether your audience consists of healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, or innovators, my goal is to leave listeners informed, inspired, and equipped to think differently about the challenges—and opportunities—shaping modern healthcare.
