Following a diagnosis of fibromyalgia in may 2009 I found myself ion a journey of learning to manage my own health and to redefine my life.
During this journey I realised that not everyone is able to access the services and techniques I was so I became passionate about making wellbeing services and opportunities for therapeutic creativity affordable and accessible for all. I
Having gained qualifications in a wide range of subjects I now work with individuals, groups and organisations with all ages from after school clubs to care homes and everything in between and love to support people with their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
