I am a Somatic Sexologist, Sex Counsellor and Sex Coach, and I believe that everyone deserves a happy, healthy, safe and fulfilled sex life. It's time we remove the taboo and shame that still surrounds sex, and instead normalise these conversations.
I have a passion for opening up conversations, confronting taboos, and creating inclusive spaces free of judgement. I speak regularly on diverse topics around sexuality, intimacy, relationships, body confidence and pleasure, and have appeared in Cosmo and Fashion Journal among others. Popular topics include ethical-non monogamy, kink, sex toys, libido, sexual concerns, orgasm, and consent.
In 2020, I founded Vulva Dialogues to normalise conversations about sex and empower individuals to learn more about their bodies and sexual health. Vulva Dialogues has brought sex-positive workshops, talks, and events to thousands of people globally, working with companies such as Lover, Lucy Lube, NORMAL and Future of Sex.
I speak with warmth, empathy and humour, and bring an expert-led perspective on all conversations about sex, sexuality, relationships and intimacy.
