“From Small‑Town in India to Global CIO, Leading AI‑Driven Transformation at Scale for a Global Frgrance Business.”
I’m a Global Chief Information Officer leading large‑scale AI‑driven digital transformation across a complex, multi‑country organisation. My work spans enterprise AI adoption, data platforms, automation, cyber security, and turning technology into measurable business impact — not hype.
Equally important, I bring a deeply human story to the conversation.
I grew up in a small town in India and was educated entirely in government schools. There were no shortcuts, no privilege, just resilience, curiosity, and a belief that learning could change everything. That journey eventually took me across continents and into global leadership roles, where I now lead transformation at board level.
Alongside my executive role, I serve as a Board Member of Cambridge City Foodbank, where I contribute governance, digital thinking, and strategic support to an organisation addressing food insecurity at a community level. This perspective keeps my leadership grounded reminding me that technology, at its best, should serve people and society, not just efficiency.
On podcasts, I speak candidly about:
If your audience cares about technology with meaning, leadership with authenticity, and stories that inspire without pretending the journey was easy, I’d love to be part of the conversation.
