Alexandra Beeley

I’m an AC-accredited Jungian psychodynamic and ICF-accredited Integral Coach specialising in shadow work, emotional integration, individuation and feminine leadership.

I work primarily with sensitive, high-achieving women, often coaches, creatives, therapists, and founders, who are outwardly accomplished and successful yet inwardly over-adapted. Some have done years of personal development and insight-based work, but still feel a quiet inner split, the onset of burnout, or a sense that something essential has been left behind. This is where Jungian Shadow work can be the missing piece.

My work bridges depth psychology and modern leadership. I draw on Jungian psychodynamic and Integral coaching, somatic and nervous system-informed practices, attachment theory and long-term integrative processes that support real change over time, not just cathartic breakthroughs. I’m particularly interested in themes of projection, the golden shadow, boundaries without hardening, women reclaiming inner authority, bringing the feminine back into our hearts as an access to transforming our world and the powerful role of the relational witness in healing and development.

I’m trained in Jungian Psychodynamic Coaching [AC accredited], Integral Coaching (ICF accredited, PCC credential), certified Shadow Work coaching & facilitation interventions, and am a qualified somatic practitioner. I run shadow work retreats, feminine leadership retreats and group courses, and longer-term one-to-one mentoring & coaching journeys.

On podcasts, I’m very happy speaking about shadow work in a grounded, psychologically informed way, translating depth psychology into language that’s accessible, humane, and relevant to leadership, relationships, creativity, and modern life.
