Alex Micol is a 25-year-old self-made millionaire who generates more than $30 million in annual revenue – working only 3-4 hours per week with zero employees.

The founder of Scalers Agency started his entrepreneurial journey at age 12 - launching Scalers at 18. The business helps other businesses grow massively by deploying creative, cheeky, iPhone recorded online ads (including Youtube, Facebook and TikTok).

Over the past 7 years, Micol has become an online advertising master who has run 10,000+ advertising campaigns for clients – successfully taking one company from 0 to 8 figures in 40 days. He is also one of the only non-celebrity Youtube users ever to reach nearly 100,000 subscribers with 0 videos (via ads only).

Micol is from the small town of Trieste, Italy, where he got his start at entrepreneurship at age 12, wanting nothing more than to help his mother live a better life. Today, the keynote speaker and award winning ad guru spends most of his time traveling the world with a back-pack, having mastered the scale of his own business, Scalers.
