“Why do talented artists stay undiscovered? I'm building the answer. Music collaboration, remix contests & real industry access.”
I'm Alex Greco, founder of Leep – a music collaboration platform where emerging artists get discovered through contribution instead of luck.
I spent years watching talented friends burn out in an industry that rewards connections over skill. So I built Leep: a space where producers and vocalists prove themselves by remixing, collaborating, and showing what they can actually do – not who they know.
Right now, we're running a remix contest in partnership with the La Femme Independent Film Festival. The winners are being considered for a BAFTA after‑party performance, radio play, and high‑visibility opportunities. That's the kind of real access I want to bring to more artists.
Before Leep, I worked in HR and project management – which taught me how to spot talent, build systems, and cut through noise. Now I'm applying all of that to music tech.
I love talking about:
• Why "luck" is broken as a discovery model
• How contests and collaboration actually build fanbases
• What emerging artists really need (hint: not more streams, but real doors)
• The intersection of music, tech, and creator economy
I'm practical, candid, and focused on solutions. If your audience cares about independent artists who want to stop hoping and start doing – let's talk.
