About me: I'm a lifelong baseball player, youth coach, entrepreneur, and former professional-level personal trainer based in Los Angeles. I earned a full baseball scholarship to Adelphi University on Long Island and still play competitively today, where I've won 4 MVP awards in adult leagues.
I've coached baseball for 8 years and specialize in taking beginners and late starters and helping them become competitive travel-ball and high-school players—sometimes within a year. My coaching philosophy is simple: trust the process, but make sure you're practicing correctly. Repetition only helps when you're building the right muscle memory.
I've been self-employed for 15+ years, including 10 successful years as a personal trainer. I'm also certified in Speed, Agility & Quickness, group fitness, sports nutrition, and kickboxing.
I'm an energetic, humorous, and educational guest who loves teaching while entertaining. I also enjoy having real deep conversations. Interesting fact about me: I was a hip hop artist for 15 years and produced 100+ songs, so I bring a unique perspective on creativity, discipline, confidence, and building a fulfilling life.
