If there's an alternative way to expand your mind, strengthen your body, or heal your heart, I've probably tried it. For the last 25 years, I've been on a journey to discover my authentic self, live a life of optimal health, and have truly meaningful relationships of all kinds.
I started off my career as a lawyer, working in a big Manhattan law firm. Let's just say that was not for me. From there, I bounced around gigs in software, clean energy, and the non-profit world. In 2011, I got into the business coaching industry and found my niche - at the intersection of business and personal.
These days, I lead the amazing team at Refound, host the In/Authentic podcast, and work with a small group of leaders who will stop at nothing to become their best self.
