Do you find that no matter how well you plan your day or how hard you work, you can't put a dent in your never-ending to-do list?

I get it. As an entrepreneur or professional, you're pulled in a thousand directions every day by last-minute meetings, urgent emails, and client requests.

The pressure to always be available robs you of precious time with loved ones. You hate seeing their disappointment every time you say, "I can't right now, I have to work." They're the reason you're working so hard in the first place.

Then there's your health. You don't have the time or energy for a consistent routine—even 30 minutes a day is a big ask. As a result, you're drinking 3-4 cups of coffee to stay awake, your waistline is growing, and you worry about keeping up with people younger than you.

But it doesn't have to be this way. I've been there. In 2009, I was burned out, 80lbs overweight, and pre-diabetic. Within a year, I changed my habits, lost that weight, and founded Unshakable Habits to help others do the same.

Other podcasts teach "time management" or "productivity" hacks. While those have their place, my decade-plus of coaching has taught me the real secret to success with less stress is energy and health management.

That's why I created Unshakable Habits for Success with Less Stress. I'm Stephen Box, your host and Behavior Change Specialist.
