We look for people connected to Airbnb and Short-Term Rentals to tell their stories. Tips, Best Practices, Specific Actionable Advice, Horror Stories, What To / Not To Do, etc.

Often, we weave a legal element into the conversation since Rory is a licensed and practicing real estate attorney (and broker/agent).

Topics should not be complete informercials for your course, real estate syndication, or company. The best guests add value to our audience with their expertise.

We've hosted a number of well-known guests, including a number of Bigger Pockets personalities and well-known experts who pack conference rooms.

Show format:

- Quick intro and Hype / Intro the guest

- Have guest tell us who they are and their story

- Chat about Short-Term Rentals / Airbnb

- Discuss items that the guest wants to promote

- Closing

We record via Riverside.fm and post episodes a few weeks after recording and post production. We always tag our guests across social media and hope that you can share your episode with your network.

We're based in Newburyport, Massachusetts (just north of Boston), but have hosted guests from across the United States and Canada.
