Real Food Mental Health explores the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit for a truly holistic perspective that most therapists aren’t equipped to provide.

This podcast is hosted by Cody Cox, a licensed therapist in Utah, certified yoga teacher, and also a nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP). His philosophy is based on ancestral principles as recent, unbiased research has shown that our ancestors had it right all along! Scientists keep trying to fight with nature, but in doing so, are causing us more disease. It’s time to break free from that mindset and learn to work in harmony with nature for optimal health.

Cody has been getting into metabolic psychotherapy, promoting ketogenic, carnivore, and low-carb diets and lifestyles that support improved metabolism, which translates to better mental health!
