Inside Out: Mental Health at Work and in Life is hosted by MHScot Workplace Wellbeing, a Scottish social enterprise dedicated to workplace mental health. This is currently a solo podcast exploring real stories, practical tools, and forward-thinking ideas that help shape healthier, more inclusive environments.
Starting with the workplace, the conversation naturally extends into daily life, leadership, and the wider community. It’s a space for open, honest reflection on what it means to support mental health in a way that’s real and relatable.
I’m now looking to expand the show by inviting guests from a variety of sectors, backgrounds, and communities who are passionate about challenging stigma, promoting compassionate leadership, and making mental health a priority.
Episodes will be unscripted, conversational-style chats centred around a theme. I want to keep things natural, open, and human - not polished performances, but real discussions that connect and resonate.
This is not just about raising awareness. It’s about sharing insights that spark change. Listeners are here for practical takeaways, meaningful perspectives, and real conversations that help us all thrive from the inside out.
