One For The Books With Podcaster Traci Thomas

Traci Thomas, creator and host of “The Stacks” podcast, will be premiering “One for the Books,” a new local literary series, on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 7 to 8 p.m. at KPCC’s Crawford Family Forum in Pasadena. On “One for the Books,” Thomas and her guests will share their hot takes on the written word: novels, nonfiction, screenplays – it’s all fair game. There will be trivia, rants and raves, author interviews, and maybe even a little gossip. This is a KPCC first, where Thomas will be talking about how we read and how we should be talking about what we read with guest Sam Sanders, host of Vulture’s “Into It” podcast. And since this isn’t your momma’s book club, there’s no required reading. Just show up and get ready for a good time. It’s sure to be “One for the Books!” To get tickets to the event, visit https://kpcc.ticketleap.com/oneforthebooks111622/. For more information, call (626) 583-5100 or visit www.kpcc.org/kpcc-upcoming-events/event/one-for-the-books. The Crawford Family Forum is at 474 S. Raymond Ave. in Pasadena.
