“Making your career change HAPPEN ✨ Career change and creativity coach for creative and multi-passionate women ✨ Book lover ✨Doodler”
Hi! I am Tineke.
I am a career and creativity coach, supporting professional women in breaking out of the 9 to 5 and creating careers with freedom, flexibility and fulfilment.
I am a multi-passionate, 'liberated' from a long (LONG!) career in corporate.
I can contribute to your podcast and talk about:
About me
I WAS that woman caught in the 9 to 5. For 25 years I worked in corporate roles, spending the vast majority of my waking hours working, traveling to work, thinking about work, worrying about work.
What I DIDN'T do was ALL the other things I wanted to do.
You see, I loved psychology and painting, business and architecture, neuro-science and design, feminism and books, leadership and sociology, drawing and knitting, politics and baking.
My job, on which I spent 80% of my time, only gave me 20% fulfilment.
When I spoke to others about all the other things I used to cram into the remaining hours they looked at me as if I was mad.
Who has that many interests? Who has that many wide-ranging interests?
I was lucky. At least I got to do some of the things I liked doing. Even within my job.
Anyway. Long story short.
Something was always going to have to give.
I decided that I wanted OUT of corporate. And spent 4 years DIY-ing myself to a career change. Slowly (SLOWLY!) finding out about myself, about what I wanted to do, to then finally make that happen.
I now help professional, creative, often ALSO multi-passionate women, make this same journey. But in 3-6 months (instead of 4 years).
(Plus - NEWS! - from 2025 I will also be offering Creativity Coaching in my brand new community Change Artists!)
Oh, and finally ...
I'm a multi-passionate. Did I mention that?
It means that - yes - I'm an ICF trained Career Coach, who supports professional women in making successful transitions. But I am also a lifelong feminist, part-time portrait artist, never-only-read-one-book-at-any-time reader, a visual recorder and obsessive doodler. Oh, and I know a bit about change management too.
