Hi, I’m Tibisay, Founder and Chief Learning Officer at A Curious Space! 🎓 With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in DEI initiatives, leadership development, and interactive training. I hold a PhD in progress in Education Theory and Practice and an M.S. in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with organizations like the U.S. Department of Justice, Brown University, NYC Department of Education, National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Sunmark Credit Union, and the New York State Network for Youth Success. Over the past 6 years, I’ve delivered trainings on everything from leadership development to implicit bias, reaching over 10,000 participants across diverse sectors and creating actionable strategies to promote equity and inclusion.

From delivering keynotes to facilitating hands-on workshops, my approach ensures learning is fun, practical, and meaningful. I believe in empowering others to challenge systemic barriers and build spaces where everyone feels seen and valued.
