Thomas Trautmann is a self-described “Happy Tribes Builder” who first fostered community within his own family. Living in the south of France on the picturesque coast, Thomas spends quality time with his patient wife, their three sons, and their furry entourage of dogs, cats, and horses.
Beyond his home life, Thomas builds community with his clients. Following scientific studies in artificial intelligence (Ph.D) and earning an engineering degree in computer science, his career led him to marketing and sales positions at established companies like IBM, HP, AOL, Bosch, and Steelcase. An entrepreneur at heart, Thomas eventually left the corporate world to start his own business – and learn from his mistakes along the way.
Several years ago, Thomas became a Certified Neuromarketing Instructor. He now leverages the latest brain and decision-making science to improve his clients’ marketing, sales, and business strategies. During his studies, Thomas noticed differences between male and female brains. This knowledge inspired him to create the NeuroCouple System and write his first book “Is There a Brain in Your Couple?” to help couples understand each other’s hardwiring.
Though neuromarketing provided powerful insights, Thomas realized the field lacked humanity’s smile. He decided to share this knowledge with his clients to help others make the best decisions. This mission gave rise to his Ethical Persuader System and second book “Get More! Money, Success, Followers.”
By merging the NeuroCouple and Ethical Persuader systems, Thomas created a solution for the married business owner to strengthen her/his personal and professional lives. He helps them evolve from stressed Chihuahuas to happy and successful Kangals teaching and coaching them to Get More! Trust, Success and Fun from their couple, clients and crew!
Becoming a 10X Business Coach with Grant Cardone was a natural next step for Thomas to combine brain science and ethical persuasion with Cardone’s incredible expertise in money, marketing, and sales – helping clients grow 10X.
Today, Thomas gives workshops, trainings, and seminars for organizations and individuals worldwide. He speaks at global conferences, empowering people to become ethical persuaders and fulfilled entrepreneurs living life to the fullest.
