I have practiced law since 1991. My law practice includes arbitration and mediation as well as estate and trust law.
My education includes; The University of Alabama School of Law (J.D. 1991); The University of Alabama Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (M.F.A. 1982); The University of Alabama School of Arts & Sciences (B.A. 1975).
But that is not why I'm here. During my decades of law practice and interaction in person and on social media, I have come to believe that the Will Rogers quotation in my headline has become the paradigm of the contemporary American voter and many of its politicians. If most voters are "low information" or misinformed voters, then we deserve the politics, and the politicians, we get.
I could spend hours as a podcast guest just responding to misinformed views about law, government, the Constitution, the courts, and immigration.
