Ronnie Teja

Born in Jalandhar, India, I’ve traveled a journey as diverse as it is inspiring—from my formative years in India to earning a Master’s in Welfare Economics at the prestigious London School of Economics, to hustling in Canada where I built the foundation for my entrepreneurial dreams.

In 2008, my family immigrated to Canada, and like many first-generation immigrants, I embraced resilience and grit, working three jobs to carve out opportunities. Today, I’m proud to be the founder of SKeep Inc. & Truly Office, a bootstrapped business that scaled to 8 figures by 2024, and Branzio Watches, a global eCommerce brand operating in 66+ countries. These ventures reflect my passion for creating value-driven customer experiences and leading with innovation in the digital marketing and eCommerce space.

My professional journey has been as adventurous as my entrepreneurial one. From being a digital marketer for Team India and Team Jamaica during the 2010 Winter Olympics to leading digital campaigns for giants like HSBC Canada and Best Buy Canada, I’ve learned the art of pivoting, adapting, and thinking big—lessons I apply every day as I scale global businesses.

I’ve been fortunate to share my story and expertise at premier industry events like Affiliate World in Dubai, Bangkok, and Barcelona, Ecomm Summit Africa, and Ecommerce Expo Singapore. In 2023/24, I was humbled to be recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 in eCommerce by AWC, a testament to the power of vision, perseverance, and meaningful connections.

On the personal front, I am a testament to the transformational power of health and discipline. Having shed over 48 kilograms—from 110 kg to 62 kg—through cycling, daily gym workouts, and a strict, healthy lifestyle, I discovered not only a new purpose but a sharper focus that propelled my business growth.

I’m passionate about breaking the stigma around entrepreneurs and stress-coping mechanisms. In my early journey, I leaned on alcohol and substances as a crutch, but finding healthier outlets—and a supportive community of watchmakers and cigar aficionados—helped me reclaim balance and fulfillment.

Currently splitting my time between Bangkok and Vancouver, I’m driven by my mission to inspire, mentor, and share actionable insights with those who aspire to dream big, work smart, and achieve greatness.
