Richard Handley

I’m a Harvard-trained executive leader, MD by training, serial entrepreneur, and award-winning filmmaker, having written and produced films for Sony and Lionsgate Entertainment. I also currently work with the Harvard Medical School to interview and assess high-achieving physician candidates applying to their Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety Program, the same program from which I graduated.

Whether it's one-on-one or in the context of a formal workgroup, I thrive on coaching and serving as an agent of change. I have a proven ability in founding, building, inspiring, and empowering agile teams toward fun, hard work, and success. As a servant leader, I strive to lead with empathy, transparency, and authenticity and find my bliss when immersed in diverse, dynamic teams, camaraderie, and creative problem-solving.

I thrive as a lifelong learner, holding advanced degrees in medicine, public health, business, operational leadership, and film & TV from several universities, including the Harvard Medical School, USC Keck School of Medicine, and Mount Saint Mary's University Los Angeles.
