Hi, I’m Master Coach Rich Grogan, the Warrior Confidence Coach.
I empower hockey players, parents, and coaches to stand out, get noticed, and become champions on and off the ice through my Warrior Confidence brand.
With over 40 years of martial arts experience and 50 years in hockey, I’ve helped transform over 5,000 athletes into leaders who earn ice time, leadership roles, and the respect of their coaches and teammates. My mission is to inspire players to embrace their full potential and develop the integrity, discipline, and resilience needed to excel in hockey and in life.
I aim to be the mentor I always wanted and needed—a guide who blends martial arts principles with hockey-specific strategies to create confident, respected leaders. My approach focuses as much on building character as developing skills, teaching athletes to lead with honor, the heart of a warrior, the work ethic of an underdog, and the mindset of a champion.
