About Me

I'm a psychologist, wife, mother, and daughter. As someone who has personally experienced the ups and downs of ADHD, I understand the importance of creating environments and strategies that cater to diverse sensory and cognitive needs. My journey has taught me the value of empathy and the power of tailored interventions. I strive to bring these qualities into my assessment work, helping clients feel understood and supported.

Beyond my role as a psychologist, I am a passionate advocate for neurodiversity. I promote awareness and am here to discuss all things neurospicy, challenging misconceptions about ADHD and autism.

I won't say it's easy; I've had my fair share of burnout and bumps along the way. But what I will say is that a great life is possible, diagnosis is helpful, and ADHD and autistic minds don't need to be "fixed." Like anyone, we have our strengths and challenges.

In addition to my lived experiences, I hold a Master's in Educational and Developmental Psychology. I have worked in private practice and schools, always focusing on autism and ADHD in children. Now, I concentrate on adults, recognising the benefits of late diagnosis. Despite growing awareness and a better understanding of how ADHD and autism present in women, there remains a significant gap in diagnosis and treatment. Many women are still diagnosed later in life, and I am here to add my voice to this important conversation.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. I hope together, we can share valuable insights and practical advice to create a more inclusive and understanding world.
