I am Kayla Terry, a dedicated Holistic Nutrition Coach with over a decade of experience as an Infant Care Specialist, which has deeply influenced my passion for women's health. My journey in holistic health began with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sustainability and Modern Food Systems from Cal State San Marcos, where I explored the intricate connections between modern agriculture, environmental health, and nutrition.

Currently, I am advancing my expertise in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School, blending academic knowledge with practical, client-focused strategies. My approach to nutrition coaching is rooted in the belief that food is not just sustenance but a vital component of overall well-being. I specialize in creating personalized nutrition plans that support hormonal balance, help manage stress, and promote sustainable health improvements.

My unique blend of experiences enables me to connect deeply with clients, especially women navigating hormonal health challenges such as PMS, PMDD, and menopause. I am passionate about empowering women to take control of their health through balanced nutrition and lifestyle changes.
