“Co-founder of Voda, The LGBTQIA+ Mental Health App | Championing Inclusive Mental Wellbeing, Tech Innovator and 3x Founder”
As the Co-founder and CEO of Voda, an award-winning mental health app designed specifically for the LGBTQIA+ community, I am committed to making mental health support more accessible, inclusive, and culturally competent.
I am working alongside leading LGBTQIA+ psychotherapists from the NHS to develop Voda, which currently supports over 17,000 LGBTQIA+ users globally.
I am passionate about addressing the unique challenges faced by queer individuals, including issues like queer shame, coming out, and gender dysphoria. Through Voda, we offer evidence-based therapy programmes that empower individuals to thrive despite societal pressures.
In addition to my work with Voda, I am an advocate for systemic change in healthcare and societal attitudes towards the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in the power of technology to drive social impact and am eager to share insights on how we can create more inclusive mental health solutions. My journey, from navigating the complexities of startup life to raising funds from intersectional investors, has equipped me with valuable lessons that I am excited to discuss on your podcast."
