“Relationship expert, helping couples and individuals navigate love with a dash of humor, a bit of sarcasm, and a whole lot of heart.”
With nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist, I began my career on the West Side of Chicago, working in methadone clinics to support individuals battling heroin addiction. This foundational experience shaped my understanding of resilience and healing. In 2009, I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, and since then, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering various systemic models, including Bowen’s Systems Theory, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). My current focus is EFT, which I’ve found to be transformative in helping couples build deeper, more intimate connections.
Today, I run a telehealth private practice, where I specialize in helping couples recover from the trauma of infidelity and guiding women who feel stuck in unhealthy relationships toward clarity and empowerment. I also support couples looking to break out of toxic communication patterns, strengthen their connection, and navigate the challenges of parenting. In addition to my work with couples, I assist individuals trapped in toxic relationships to reclaim their sense of self. Prior to starting my private practice, I served as a clinical director in a counseling group, where I had the privilege of supervising other clinicians and fostering their growth within the profession.
