I’m Chef Eric Fraudeau, a French chef with over 40 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries. In 2007, I opened Cook’n With Class Paris, becoming the first French chef to offer hands-on cooking classes in English. My mission is to share the art of French cuisine with visitors worldwide, offering a unique cultural experience in the heart of Paris. Our classes range from savory dishes to classic French pastries and are taught in small groups to provide a more personal, engaging learning experience.
In addition to teaching in Paris, I’ve led culinary holidays in France and Spain through Let’s Eat the World, where guests immerse themselves in local flavors, markets, and hands-on cooking experiences. I’ve also expanded my reach by offering online cooking classes, allowing people to learn the secrets of French cuisine from the comfort of their homes.
With my wife, I created a YouTube cooking series (watch here) that showcases my passion for teaching and brings French cooking techniques to a global audience. This series gives a taste of my personality and expertise and allows me to connect with people who want to take their cooking skills to the next level.
