With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE), Darren Krakowiak founded CRE Success to transform professional development in the sector.
Darren has a broad understanding of the industry acquired from a variety of leadership roles, including Managing Director and Country Representative at CBRE Korea and numerous department head roles at JLL in Australia and Korea.
Drawing on his passion for helping people achieve their full potential, Darren established CRE Success to fill a gap he saw – that is, to provide guidance and support to all types of CRE professionals in an engaging, modern and relevant way. He delivers coaching in a one-on-one or group modality. He also facilitates corporate training, and presents as an invited speaker at industry and company events.
The CRE Success platform includes a membership of like-minded industry peers looking to learn and grow. Darren also hosts CRE Success: The Podcast, which includes interviews with accomplished CRE professionals who are willing to share the secrets of their success.
Darren is able to talk about his experience in leadership, strategies to help people who work in commercial real estate succeed (including how to build a high-converting pipeline, time management, motivation, personal branding), like as an expat (and former expat), and his recent experience as new entrepreneur.
Following many years as a very social drinker, Darren quit alcohol in December 2019. He also became a father for the first time in 2020.
