I am a professional call centre agent with about 25 years experience. I do a podcast about what it is like to work in call centres which is featured on Spotify. I also have a video Podcast, on YouTube called Zoomed In where I talk with people from all walks of life.
I have always had an interest in broadcasting, and have a diploma in Radio Broadcasting from Mohawk College, Hamilton ON, Canada. And, I was an announcer, and show producer in the 90's as well as a board operator for the CBC in Toronto.
I really like doing interviews and especially enjoy those with unique people and sharing their stories.
