My spiritual journey began when I made the courageous decision to cut ties with my narcissistic parents. This step was essential in my commitment to protect my own children from the physical and emotional abuse I endured growing up. Little did I know, this decision would set me on a profound healing path, one that would eventually connect me with the spirit world. Imagine my surprise when I began seeing spirits in my mind's eye. At first, I didn’t know how to interpret these experiences. This curiosity led me to study psychic mediumship, where I learned the unique language of the spirit world.

Everything changed for me from that point forward. I started hearing the inner thoughts of children, particularly those whose parents would voice complaints about them. I realized that many parents didn’t understand the complexities of their children’s emotional and spiritual makeup. This insight led me to focus on helping parents understand their old soul children, the most misunderstood in family dynamics.

I then created Spicy Old Souls®, a system designed to help old souls understand their character, passions, and life purpose. Old souls often feel like they don’t quite fit in, and they often choose difficult life lessons. I help them understand why they make these challenging choices and what makes them uniquely powerful. The "spice" of the soul holds important clues to the healing journey, offering opportunities for growth and transformation.

As part of my mission, I authored a children's book specifically aimed at old souls. This book isn’t just for children. It is also for the inner child in all of us. It’s a story that offers a way for readers to connect with their younger selves and better understand their personal journey.
