With a proven track record in crossing from enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 companies, leading strategy workshops for Fortune 500 C-Suite execs, and ultra-high-end off-market listings ranging from seven-figure wine portfolios to 100-carat diamonds, B brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, client relations, and business development to the table.
Throughout his career, B has been instrumental in the success of numerous real estate professionals, whose cumulative historical closed volume exceeds $35 billion. As the Chief Marketing Officer for an alternative assets company, he played a pivotal role in positioning a $7.5 million in seed funding for SEC-regulated fractional shares of investment-grade diamonds, orchestrating everything from marketing public offerings to digital initiatives. He also has extensive experience with unique mortgage products, including cross-border mortgages for U.S. citizens purchasing property in Mexico.
In addition to his consulting work, B has served on three key committees for the Mortgage Bankers Association: the Loan Production Committee, the Regulatory & Legal Compliance Committee, and the Technology Vendors Working Group.
