This is a new(er) launch to speak about holistic fitness, which is taking the burn out culture out of fitness. It's helping people fall in love with their body before their ideal weight or in love with fitness before they consider themselves fit. I speak about this on Tiktok and IG with over 30k audience across all platforms. Guest speakers will receive exposure on these social platforms and on the podcast as it grows.

About the Host

I'm a certified fitness trainer, yoga teacher, corporate junkie, and hold a diploma of psychology. I blend these worlds together to help people strive for ambitious goals without burning out. I've been in the industry for over 12 years and I'm passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. I authored the goal getting journal to further help others map out and systemize their goals.
