The podcast has since evolved into a more generalist chat around mental health, wellness & Self improvement.
I set up my blog and podcast nobody cares about dad as place to let gents share their experiences through life.
Our podcast is split in 2 we have Dad Chat, which is a 1 on 1 interview with dads and Lad Chat, which is chats about everything really, authors, mental health advocates, culture, politics, hosted by myself and Ady Tilly.
