Hey there! My name is Ted and I am a mergers & acquisitions lawyer. My experiences range from advising Tech giants (such as Tesla, Amazon, Uber, Spotify, Dropbox and Stripe) to assisting startups to reach Unicorn status (i.e. a privately held startup company valued at over $1 billion).
