About Me

For the last 28 years, I have recorded nearly 200 oral histories of WWII Prisoners of War (POWs), from both theaters of operation. I am an historical archivist with a collection of over 50,000 documents, the largest collection of Radio Tokio [Tokyo] letters in the US, several unit histories, two unpublished manuscripts from the Pacific, over 1,000 texts and personal accounts, letters, photos and other documents relative to World War II.

Through the POWs stories, I learned how to live my life and move through it without fear. I teach, not only this life lesson but others they taught me, thus, allowing the participants to understand their own limitations, in order to change and grow into a better life.

I have several programs and can fit my presentation to the audience's needs. My historical program allows me to share the history of World War II through the prisoners stories.

This program is available for adults, seniors, high school students, incarcerated youth and veterans.

My book " Wars' Voices, WWII Prisoners of War SPEAK" will be published in January of 2023.
