I am a lifelong technology guru and entrepreneur. Having spent the bulk of my career in technology consulting and nearly a decade with Microsoft, I decided it was time to change the world..... In addition, we eloquently tie the work that each employee does to the broader organizations compelling mission, OKRs, or strategies and make that goal progress visible to each employee. Finally, EVERY employee knows exactly what to do each day and understands how their work impacts their organization. We also empower leaders in this new norm to UNDERSTAND their employees, not spy on them by providing real-time analytics on their work as well as their wellness via dashboards and BI.
