I have a BA in English and Italian Literature (Hons) from Middlebury College, I studied Italian and English Literature in Florence, I speak several languages, and have translated documentaries for Frontline news. I have written freelance pieces for online and print magazines, and I self-published my debut novel, Motherland, in March 2020, to 5-star reviews and a feature in Amazon’s ‘#1 New Releases’ list, whilst also making $2K profit in the first month of release. I also host a weekly YouTube show with an ex-publishing executive called ‘The Craft and Business of Books’, and I have a very active Instagram platform with over 5,000 followers that includes authors, influencers, literary agents, book publicists and media personalities. I am a dual citizen of both the US and the UK, and my platform straddles both Europe and America with a relatively high engagement. My newest book is 'Conversation With Grief' which is a collection of poetry and prose dealing with how grief re-shapes us and our lives, in both good and bad ways and how we can learn from it. It's one of three themed pocket-sized books coming out this year (the next one is on Motherhood, and the third is on Love).
