Inspired by his own 80lb weight loss, Stephen Box is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who has dedicated over a decade to helping others achieve deep health.
Stephen also holds certifications as an Elite Fitness Trainer, PN Level 2 Master Health Coach, Online Fitness Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coach.
He's also the host of the Unshakable Habits podcast.
Stephen's passion is helping other men break free from their old habits and create a better life for themselves and those around them by prioritizing their physical and mental well-being.
He looks at health from a 360 degree (or connected) perspective, which includes: physical health, mental health, emotional health, relationships, environmental health, and existential or spiritual health.
