I have over 45 years of business experience. I started at 14 selling cow manure for garden fertilizer out of the back of my mom's car. My main focus is employee retention and business/operational strategy. I have held sales and marketing positions as well as analyzing all aspects of the business from financial to sales to the operational functions.
My undergrad is BBA-Finance and my graduate degree Gerontology.
