Oscar is a dedicated entrepreneur and business development professional with a passion for the intersection between data, technology, and solution-based selling. Oscar has built a career helping technology sales organizations combine the science and art of selling to exceed targets and achieve hockey-stick growth. Oscar has his undergraduate degree in Finance and is currently wrapping up his MBA in Innovation Management at Temple University.
Oscar is currently a Director of Sales Operations at Phenom People, one of Philadelphia's fastest growing AI startups that recently raised $100M in Series D Funding to achieve unicorn status. Phenom's mission is to help a billion people find the right job.
Oscar is currently serving as an Executive Co-Producer for the short film Smashed taping at Television City in Los Angeles.
Oscar’s writing has been published in a number of publications including Towards Data Science, Making A Millionaire, Hackernoon, Better Marketing and more. Oscar writes primarily about technology, entrepreneurship, and personal finance.
Outside of work, Oscar has a passion for supporting the community and local education. He is a member of the Executive Board for the Rotary Club of Philadelphia Foundation which has written grants to over 50 Philadelphia non-profits.
