About Me

Not your typical cookie-cutter strategy consultant. I am a results-oriented, positive disruptor who has led and contributed to 248+ business transformations, one of which was valued at $5.2 Billion and involved 120 countries in the last 21+ years. I have a track record of helping organizations navigate change, design strategic alliances, deploy technology, and build successful teams; on-time and on-target.

My personas have included organizational strategy consultant, global Fortune 500 advisor, finance executive, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) consultant, internal auditor, talent optimizer, mentor, team builder, and community contributor. My clients are privately held, publicly listed, and public sector companies in Africa, Europe, North America, Latin America, and Australia in the following countries: Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Namibia, South Africa, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Norway, Finland, the USA including Alaska, Mexico, and Perth.

I am a proud, passionate, and positive influencer, and I lead with humility and compassion. My education was international by nature. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I was fortunate to be an ex-pat for the global Fortune 500 firms. I then accepted the challenge of building a joint venture in London, UK, for the Oil and Gas industry while studying at the University of Westminster to complete a certification in Management Accounting. I then settled in beautiful British Columbia, where I thrive, and I am a perpetual student.

During the 2007-2009 economic downturn, I was Finance and Administration Manager and acting Human Resources Manager for a multi-billion organization in the Financial Services Industry. I successfully delivered an amalgamation project that led to layoffs. The experience set me on a different journey; I knew I needed to pivot to business transformation. I realized that I thrive professionally by enabling businesses to navigate change and build stronger organizations that can withstand volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).

I tested and proved my approach to business transformation by helping boards and senior executives improve their organizational strategy and align their talent strategy and culture to their strategic goals.

I partner with you to solve your challenges by setting priorities, clarifying direction, and drive alignment through your organization while promoting core values and progressive workplace culture.
