I have worked in the field of mental health, personal development and trauma for over 15 years, I am a passionate social entrepreneur, somatic psychotherapist and change maker.
I am also the Founder and President of Enveco Health– a social enterprise that will assist those living with mental health conditions regain wellness, retain employment and be supported in their personal recovery. I am the proprietor of Somatic Synergy and the host of the Transcending Trauma Podcast.
In November 2000 I lost my Father to suicide, that tragedy was the catalyst that set me on a path of self discovery and mastery, it is the reason why I became a trauma therapist and the Founder of Enveco Health. I am a staunch advocate for change in the mental health sector and believer that all people have a right to be treated with kindness, dignity and care when facing some of life's toughest challenges.
Having been involved with numerous holistic and innovative projects, I have a natural strength for creating new ways of doing things and helping others ignite their own inner spark to achieve their goals.
I'm a passionate and engaging speaker, coach and mentor and was awarded as highly commended in the 2016 Victorian Premier’s Volunteer Champions Awards for Change Maker and 2017 Soar Collective Business Woman of the Year and winner of the 2017 Emerging Not for Profit Business of the Year.
