What's good? I'm Mike, aka TenSound, and I'm an artist out of Winston-Salem, NC. Over the past few months, I've been thinking about wanting to be a guest on a Podcast to further grow my social media and music platform presence as well as to provide value to the brand of the podcast. MUSIC:

I've ventured into Hip-Hop about 4 years ago by listening and liking some songs from artists such as Eminem and 50 Cent. Since then, I've fully embraced myself into the genre. I'm putting out my 2nd release "Don't Leave" in the coming months. While in the process of making the song, I found myself interested in how deep one song can get. Wether its breaking down bars from the 2010's greatest diss records like "The Story of Adidon" by Pusha T, or feeling the raw emotion from songs of the album "Man on the Moon" by Kid Cudi, I always found the art behind any project exciting to break down. I would love to apart of any project that would be in store, as well as promoting upcoming projects I may have down the road.

MENTAL HEALTH:

Mental Health didn't become a necessity in my life until the pandemic hit. I was in an on and off again relationship with my ex girlfriend, and something told me that I had to change my lifestyle around if I wanted to be happy. I started doing research on Anxiety and Bipolar since those were the conditions I suspected I had. I did have high levels of Anxiety and Depression however. Bipolar though, ehhhh still unsure. To combat what mental challenges I had, I exercised, ALOT. 5x a week to be exact. I got rid of the people I didn't need in my life, as well as surrounded by ones that could help me reach my goals. My goal is to make a mental health a known issue that we ALL need to open up about, as well as hopefully one day to have a world where mental health is taken seriously.
