I am the Chief Operations Officer for The Center for Appreciative Inquiry, an international consulting firm. For nearly a decade, I have worked as a content creator -- collaborating with subject matter experts around the world researching, organizing, and writing material that nurtures discussion & uncovers transformational solutions at all levels within organizations.
I am the co-host of Pivotal Moments Podcast, a new which shares, explores, and celebrates stories of change and the pivots we make in life. The podcast melds some of my favorite things together: learning, stories, and appreciative inquiry. The power of storytelling never ceases to amaze me.
I am married, hold the title of #1 aunt, a true crime enthusiast (to put it lightly), and the mother to an adorable fur baby named Hallie. I volunteer for numerous non-profit organizations and am an advocate for women's rights.
