Kaitlin Cashwell

Kaitlin is born and raised in the southern city of Augusta, GA, home of the Masters golf tournament for those of you unfamiliar with the city. She spends most of her time with her family and living a self proclaimed mission to make a positive impact on as many people as possible. She lives by the mantra, “Make today the best day ever.”

She equates this high bar attitude to her early years as a gymnast and healthy competition as one of seven siblings. Also she took to heart at a young age the golden rule of treating others as you would like to be treated. As the sixth child down, Kaitlin says she has made her success from observing and learning from others. “I have made a career of learning what not to do,” Kaitlin often says. She regularly takes the principles in mathematics to breakdown problems to their simplest form and identifies a way forward. Additionally, her large family has helped her develop commonality with any individual and understand unique skills each person has to offer. These two soft skills have supported her success in efficient resource utilization and maximizing human capital. Kaitlin is currently a Program Director for a national nonprofit, America’s Warrior Partnership, focused on empowering communities to empower veterans. As a coach to a rapidly growing and ambitious team of experts, she encourages her employees to be the CEO of their role. Good leaders encourage initiative and empowerment of their employees so together they can work toward key organizational goals. Her role also includes providing consulting services to community leaders across the country with the goal of growing their support for veterans locally. 

Kaitlin has nearly 15 years of experience in project, business, and nonprofit management. Her unique approach combines project management skills, business principles, and nonprofit frameworks to efficiently drive individuals toward bold organization outcomes. She is a mathematics enthusiast who enjoys utilizing data and analytical problem solving skills to maximize organizational activity. She has an undergraduate degree in mathematics and a masters in business administration.

Kaitlin is the wife of Trey, a Lieutenant within the Augusta Fire Department. She has a daughter, Maggie, and a son, Troy. Her family enjoys time together at home or in the Augusta community with their pup, Buster. They also enjoy traveling together to explore new communities or visiting with family.
