Julie Brown

Julie Brown (she/her) is the founder of Intuitive Habit and the co-owner of B-Squared Real Estate investing. 

Julie has worn many hats in this life: a horse guide, an artist, a writer, an intuitive healer, and a real estate investor. She grew up in Colorado, spending her teenage years showing horses. As a young adult, she spent 15 years as a horse trail guide in the San Juan Mountains in Southern Colorado. Working as a horse wrangler helped her deepen her ability to communicate with animals and people and move confidentially through the woods. She studied creative writing and art as an undergraduate and later got her MFA in Visual arts at the University of New Mexico. While pursuing an MFA in visual art, she stopped trusting her inner knowing. She eked through to graduate, but something inside of her felt dead. Upon graduation, she found the mantra, "I am not an artist anymore," and set forth to reawaken her intuition. She dove deep, learning to channel, taking intuition classes, and becoming a reiki master. Before she knew it, she found her groove in being an intuitive guide. For the past fifteen years, she has been privileged to do individual consults and teach classes to people worldwide. 

She is passionate about helping people awaken their intuition to be their deepest ally. In her work, a consistent intersection between psychology, spirituality, and energetic work informs her approach to finding practical guidance.

If you were to meet Julie today, it might be on the hiking trail. Or in a dream group where she continues to learn about the landscape of dreamtime. Her artwork has changed form through the years and she is currently doing ink drawings from night time inspiration. She loves to talk about her real estate business, where she aspires to create lovely places for people to inhabit. Along with her Intuitive Habit business she has a real estate business where she manages a 6-plex and a small cottage.
