Hi I'm Jess - I'm a a Certified Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Spiritual Mentor and Energy Healer.

I support my clients to shift their perspective, heal, attract abundance & develop a mindset of limitless potential. 

As a writer and speaker, I draw on my Balinese heritage by weaving Balinese teachings into my work with an emphasis on ceremony, ritual and honouring ancestors. I'm deeply passionate about ancient earth-based wisdom and the equilibrium of life and love holding space for my clients 1:1, in small groups and in my Sacred Circle community.

I’m a certified life and business coach, qualified breathwork practitioner, Reiki Master practitioner, Cherokee bodyworker and qualified sacred circle space holder. I’ve also studied various healing modalities around the world, mediumship courses, Munay Ki training and past life regression therapy to name a few.

MY MISSION

My mission is to share with people the importance of conscious connected breathwork and how it helped heal my past trauma and PTSD. Another mission very close to my heart is to teach people about the Bali that I grew up to know and love - spiritual and sacred Bali - teaching people about creating their own practice of ceremony, ritual and honouring their ancestors.
